Sage Mental Health offers HIPAA compliant telepsychiatry. Personalized, individual care is just a video meeting away with prescriptions sent electronically to your pharmacy! Perfect for follow up appointments, college kids out of the area or individuals that have issues with mobility.

Building Access

Sage Mental Health serves our community right in the heart of Middletown. We have plenty of off-street parking. We are located on the 2nd floor of 12204 Shelbyville Rd – in between Popeye’s and Warren’s Barbershop. Access to our offices is via a flight of indoor stairs. Clients with any mobility issues that make climbing stairs a burden will receive excellent care via telepsychiatry as described above.
